Hamiworth Enterprises
About the Group

Built behind the doors, measured in decades.

Hamiworth Enterprises is a closed-fund alternative investment platform operating across private equity, venture capital, M&A and project finance within a Sharia-compliant framework.

Vision & Mandate

Credibility is earned through infrastructure, discipline and compounding — not daily noise.

The Group operates privately and institutionally. Capital is deployed into assets that carry real economic function: trade corridors, industrial supply, energy, logistics and the financial rails beneath them. We build the platform first, then scale the capital behind it.

Our mandate is to connect international general partners, limited partners and strategic partners to African trade infrastructure through structures they can underwrite — governed, audited and repeatable. We grow the book deal by deal, and publish nothing we have not delivered.

Investment Architecture
Phase I

The deal platform

Establish the origination, structuring and governance engine. Closed-fund vehicles, a defined investment committee process, and majority-owned operating companies that give the Group direct execution capability rather than passive exposure.

Phase II

Multi-vertical expansion

Extend the proven platform across verticals — private credit, venture and growth capital, digital banking, trade finance and infrastructure delivery — each with its own vehicle, mandate and leadership, all under one governance layer.

Sharia-Compliant Framework

Compliance is an asset class advantage, not a disclaimer.

Every vehicle is structured for Sharia compliance from inception: asset-backed exposure, no interest-bearing instruments, screened sectors, and profit-and-loss sharing aligned with genuine economic activity. A Sharia Supervisory Board reviews structures and reports alongside the Investment Committee.

This unlocks Gulf and Islamic institutional capital that conventional funds cannot access, and imposes a discipline that suits long-duration infrastructure: real assets, transparent risk-sharing, and no leverage games.
