Managing Director & General Partner
Abshir Hassan
Founder of Hamiworth Enterprises and General Partner of Fund I. He sets Group strategy, leads capital formation and chairs the ownership philosophy behind the operating platforms — capital held alongside execution, never separate from it.

He founded and built Ubuntu Africa Group — its marketplace, logistics and trade-bank divisions — and Visal International, the Group's project facilitation platform, alongside other multinational ventures. He works across Mauritius, Istanbul, Riyadh and Dubai, leading engagement with institutional partners, sovereign counterparties and industrial groups entering African markets.
